The U.S. space agency NASA has marked the fifth anniversary landing on Mars.

After landing in 2004 two robot vehicles began to collect samples and study the environment on the red planet.

It is intended that the vehicle last at least three months in harsh conditions on Mars but it continued to work even after five years sending to scientists gathered data about Mars.
